Ministries and other executive bodies are established as necessary to perform functions within the powers of the Government. The number of members of Government is determined by an internal act of the Government.
The Government is accountable to His Serene Highness regarding its work.
The Ministers are jointly accountable for the decisions made by the Government and individually accountable for decisions made under their portfolio and in their fields of responsibility.

Secretary of State
The Secretary of State serves as the Reigning Monarch’s Principal Chief Foreign Affairs Adviser. The Secretary carries out the Monarch’s administrative and foreign policies – executive duties, activities and responsibilities include advising on the appointment, acceptance or recall of diplomatic representatives, domestic and foreign, overseeing treaties and agreements, ensuring protection of citizens, their property, and interests in foreign
countries, immigration laws, supervising political, economic, social, cultural, and humanitarian conditions, good conduct, economic intercourse in foreign countries…Domestically, the custody of the Great Seal of Monte de Agrella, the preparation of certain Head of State/Monarch’s proclamations, the publication of treaties and international acts as well as the official record of the foreign relations of Monte de Agrella, and the custody of certain original treaties and international agreements.
Ministry of Internal Affairs: Interior
Is a Government Ministry Department that is responsible for internal affairs, such as public security, civil registration and identification, emergency management, supervision of regional and local national government, conduct
of elections, public administration, and immigration (including passport issuance) matters. The head of such a department is often called an interior minister, a minister of internal affairs or a minister of home affairs.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations: Exterior
Certainly, one of the Princely Government’s most important Crown Council Ministries, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and International Relations: Exterior, which is singularly responsible to formulate, implement and present the Sovereign Prince’s
political, economic, social, cultural, and humanitarian foreign policy, covering and addressing, the implementation and execution of the Monarch’s foreign policy objectives.
Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice is a major primary and principle executive ministry in the Princely Government, a department at the heart of the justice system. This Ministry works diligently to protect and advance the all-encompassing
Principles of Justice. Our vision is to deliver a world-class justice system that works for everyone in society with the support and interested participation of all related Agencies nationally and internationally.
Ministry of Environemental Affairs, Climate Change and Sustainable Ecology, Agriculture, Agri-Food, Forestry and Territory
The Ministry of Environmental Affairs, Climate Change and Sustainable Ecology, Agriculture, Agri-food, Forestry and Territory is one of the most important Princely Government’s executive Ministries, which, due to its enormous size and complexity to influence, manage or administer is further subdivided into 7 distinct but unified and interrelated Departments, each collectively charged with ensuring the constitutional right of every person to live in and enjoy a clean, healthy and ecologically balanced
environment, the provision of a reliable, affordable and safe water and energy supply and build resilience against climate change and disasters. The structure of the Ministry is under the leadership and responsibility of the Minister. The Departments have Directorates that are responsible for the development of policy and regulatory frameworks whilst the Authorities and Agencies are the arm length of the Ministry with the responsibility to put these policies into practice.
Ministry of Peace
The Ministry of Peace is the executive ministry of the Princely Government, strategically tasked in extending by way of Education for Employment, Justice and Opportunity, and Science for example Clean-Blue-Green Technology, a new advanced system and methodology of sustainable stability, addressing social, cultural, political, economic, and humanitarian interests and values nationally, domestically and internationally, abroad. The new philosophy plays a major supporting role to the Country seeking to instill, stabilize and solidify Prosperity and
Peace – we encourage cooperate and coordinate these efforts with a range of domestic, foreign, and inter-governmental bodies. We seek to instill confidence in our people and work for a secure and prosperous Country with global reach and influence. We seek to protect our people, preserve our way of life, territory, values, and proprietary and other interests at home and overseas, by way of Peace accords and agreements in partnership with strategic allies, to ensure our security, support our national and international interests and safeguard our prosperity of Peace.
Ministry of Treasury and Finance
The Ministry of Treasury and Finance is the Princely Governments executive ministry tasked in providing technical treasury, economic and financial policy choices, drafts macroeconomic strategies and programming documents. It is responsible for the quantitative algorithmic analytics for big data analysis of national and international treasury, economic,
monetary, and financial issues and oversees managing public expenditure. Additionally, the Department of Finance & Treasury is responsible for the State’s shareholdings (global treasury & financial assets registers), financial interventions in the economy, the regulation and oversight of the credit and financial system, and the management of State property.
Ministry of Innovation Science and Technology, Culture and Education
The Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology is one of the Princely Government’s most important NExT Generation executive Ministries, which not only invests, and promotes to encourage deep scientific research into leading strategic infrastructure, but is simultaneously responsible for promoting international scientific relations that improve knowledge
research infrastructure excellence amassed by Monte de Agrella’s Institutions with other Countries in order to position and facilitate the potential for realistic application. We, Monte de Agrella, wish and intend, by way of our Overarching Scientific Initiatives, (granting, investing and amassing scientific intelligence) to empower the scientific causes we support.
Ministry of Economic Development, E-commerce, Trade, and Industry
The Ministry of Economic Development, E-commerce, Trade, and Industry (EDETI) is an executive Ministry in the Princely Government, responsible for the orderly economic development, e-commerce, trade and industry of Monte de Agrella. Our overarching responsible considerations for the staging of our
exponential and innovative e-commerce development is to be globally competitive, sustainable, commercial, provide a fair quality excellence platform for specialized trade and industry, arbitrage with the objective of contributing to global trade and build a far more efficient and competitive marketplace.
Ministry of Media, Sport, and Recreation {Tourism and Entertainment}
The Ministry is a major Princely Government arena for the expression of human aspiring and competitive talent and an excellent avenue for the mental preparedness and physical development of our youth – the mind, body, and soul, by way of physical education and the Sport Division that facilitates the development of sport and physical recreation in Monte de Agrella. Our mission is to enrich lives through total participation, quality training and achievement of excellence in sport, in keeping with the themes of our national Sport Policy, ‘development of sport for peace’ and ‘sport for development of peace’ – improving the
social, cultural, and economic conditions for integrating national planning into the framework of our communities. We encourage programs of yoga and meditation that contribute to sustainable social transformation and the achievement of social justice which requires the persistent permeating presence of restorative behavior throughout our society. Therefore, the department executes several regenerative initiatives which aim to encourage the adoption of behaviors that are consistent with the underpinning philosophy of yoga, meditation, restoration, and balanced peace building.
Ministry of Public Affairs, Smart Architecture and Infrastructure, Urban Development and Transportation
The Ministry of Public Affairs, Smart Architecture and Infrastructure, Urban Development and Transportaiton is one of the most important New-Age, Princely Government’s executive Ministries, the purpose and mission of the Capitol Smart City, the extensive infrastructure and transportation system is to drive economic growth and improve the quality of life of people by enabling local area development and harnessing smart technology, especially technology that leads to Smart outcomes.
The main objective is to promote cities that provide core infrastructure, clean, blue-green and sustainable environment and give a higher quality of life to their citizens through the application of ‘smart solutions’. We aim to drive economic growth and improve quality of life through comprehensive work on social, economic, physical, financial, intellectual, and institutional pillars of the city. The focus is on sustainable and inclusive development by creation of replicable models which act as light-beacons to other aspiring city-economies.
Ministry of Information, Technology, Media, and Communication
The Ministry of Information, Technology, Media, and Communication is one of the most important Princely Government’s executive Ministries which primarily connects our people to community, government, and opportunity, enabling trustworthy and reliable infrastructure and technology – we are currently
supporting our people with a number of national agencies to provide Cyber Security, Data Protection, Media Development, and open and secure Communications networks. We are installing a new fully interoperable network of infrastructure linking marine fiber to satellite for faster more robust and clearer communication. We have gone digital.
Ministry of Health and Wellness {Life Sciences and Social Affairs}
An executive Ministry in the Princely Government’s Cabinet, concerned primarily, principally and fundamentally with holistic wellbeing: “Health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, and not mearely the absence of disease or infirmity.” creating a wellness program specifically tailored to the individual, of well-established and proven alternative treatments
modalities that would ensure optimal health vitality, a program of natural health care and wellness, leaning to natural homeopathic and other non-chemical care-based treatments found more pronounced in the east, eastern philosophies, yoga, specific martial arts training, meditation, and the likes. Some interesting breakthrough’s will be imminently released and published.
Ministry of Defense, Intelligence, Security, and Logistics
The Ministry of Defense is the executive ministry of the Princely Government, tasked in defending the Country’s National (and International) interests and values at home and abroad. It plays a major supporting role to the Country and coordinates with a range of domestic, foreign, and inter-governmental bodies. We instill confidence in our people
and work for a secure and prosperous Country with global reach and influence. We will protect our people, territory, values, and proprietary and other interests at home and overseas, through strong armed forces (Peace Force) and in partnership with strategic allies, to ensure our security, support our national and international interests and safeguard our prosperity.
