Minister of Environmental Affairs, Climate Change and Sustainable Ecology, Agriculture, Agri-Food, Forestry and Territory - Jay Lee

Jay Lee has a degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign College of Fine and Applied Arts, School of Architecture, as well as a Master of Architecture from Chung-Ang University in Seoul, Korea, School of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture with Honors in Design Studios.

Mr. Jay Lee is presently with Richard Meier & Partners, Architects in Los Angeles, CA and worked with Tim Shea AIA and Michael Palladino FAIA, designing top level projects and receiving honors including: GSA Design Awards for San Diego Federal Courthouse, AIA Santa Clarita Valley Chapter Awards for the San Jose City Hall, Philadelphia Art Alliance, Medal of Achievement for the Mandeville Place in Philadelphia, AIA Los Angeles Chapter Awards for; UCLA Broad Art Center, 9900 Wilshire in Beverly Hills, CUT Restaurant by Wolfgang Puck in Beverly Hills California, and one of 3 Residences, a California beach house in prestigious Malibu California.

Additional buildings included; the Crystal Cathedral International Center, All Saints Church in Pasadena, and the University of Bologna Master Plan. Previously with Gansam Partners, Architects in Seoul, Korea, Mr. Lee worked with Kevin Kim AIA and Chungsoo Won FAIA to design incredible buildings like the Jangan-Gu Civic Center, Hyundai Insurance in Cheju, the Cheju Hotel, Chamsil Condo, Chung Condo in Seoul, Kangwon Univ Medical Center, Kyungsang Univ Science Dept, and Kwandong Univ Dorm, Jaeneung.

Mr. Jay Lee has won numerous design competitions; the Chamsil High Rise Condominium design competition, Jaeneung College master plan design competition, Hyundai Marin & Fire Insurance, Cheju Branch, and received the Excellent Prize, 5th of 680, in the 14th National Exhibition of Korean Architecture, and the Special Prize, 7th of 487, in the 4th National Passive Solar Design Competition. Jay also speaks Korean. Before being appointed Minister of Environmental Affairs, Climate Change and Sustainable Ecology, Agriculture, Agri-Food, Forestry and Territory for Principality Monte de Agrella, Mr. Jay Lee was based in California.
